The season of sun, swimming and loads of vacations came to an end. We decided to have a great party titled "Goodbye Summer!" What is the best way to send off summer and greet autumn? Burgers were sizzling on the grill and tons of board games were played by the team! Now, we look forward to the nice autumn and can't wait for the spooky Halloween!

Nothing makes us closer to each other than eating breakfast together! We just had the most amazing team breakfast - fruits, juices, rolls and croissants! So yummy! A perfect start to the day!

One more successful year, one more birthday to celebrate for TutoTOONS! Time flies so fast and now TutoTOONS is 8 years old! This year we chose Nakcižibis - a magical place in Dzūkija, located on the banks of the impressive lake Lavysas (Varėna region). And what a fantastic two days we had! Everybody made so many beautiful memories together! A few team members decided to cycle ~31km to the resort place - even the rain couldn't stop them from achieving this goal victoriously! We played team-building games, enjoyed nature, competed in various sports, listened to the live podcast hosted by our company's executives. The great time we had will be cherished forever! Looking forward to many magical years ahead!

Summer is officially over. It’s hard to stay healthy during the change of seasons. Rain, wind and gray sky doesn't make you very happy, right? We decided to boost our health and mood with the "Vitamins Bar"! Colorful fruits, teas, honey and fresh juice - yummy! Boosting the immune system is very important to prevent illnesses in the autumn and to prepare your body for the cold winter. Let’s stay healthy!

It’s no secret that basketball is the most popular sport in Lithuania. Even more - it’s like a second religion to many. TutoTOONS developers decided to play basketball weekly and invited other game studios but only a few accepted the challenge. TutoTOONS aims to create games that engage kids and help them develop but sometimes we have questions what’s best for our players. Therefore, we invited Child Psychologist and Psychotherapist Rosita Pipirienė to our office and organised a learning session about children’s psychological development. We heard a lot of interesting insights about kids’ development, age stages, role playing, symbols and color therapy. We discussed how games can stimulate imagination and creativity, build better habits, help to understand rules, socialize and become a team member. Thank you, Rosita! It was very useful and we hope to meet again soon! For the first time ever, TutoTOONS team standing in one line.

It was not just a simple summer team building event. If you ever wandered to our team section, you might have read that our team has been creating games for kids since 2008. On September 3rd that year, Mantas Radvila and Mantas Kavaliauskas cofounded their first gaming company. It was one of the first educational game development studios in Lithuania, which 6 years later evolved into TutoTOONS. We kept the tradition to celebrate company’s birthday on September 3rd. This year, we decided to have the birthday earlier (for the better weather) and treated ourselves with a super fun kayak trip to celebrate 8 years in the gaming industry!

Taking brainstorming outside and leaving the daily works locked in the office from the early Wednesday morning - that’s how our team generated new ideas for TutoTOONS game builder. Way more fun and efficient than just a regular meetup! :)
