Meeting with Mike Hines

On November 7th, TutoTOONS organized a meet up with Mike Hines from Amazon. Lithuanian game developers gathered in Vilnius to learn how to monetize apps better, what the top 50 apps do differently than others and how to engage players with in-app purchases. Those who could not attend the event can get a copy of Mike’s presentation here. One of our favorite quotes from Mike - “Don’t make your customers do math.” Thank you everyone who joined us. Thank you, Mike, for your time and insights. We all had a very interesting and productive evening. :)

#SWITCH! 2016

On September 8th, TutoTOONS Lead Artist Modestas Povilaitis shared his insights on why kids like very sparkly and colorful images at #SWITCH!, the biggest ICT and entrepreneurship event in the Baltics. Why do we have different tastes in art? Why little girls like pink color and sparkles? And what does it have to do with our brain? These are just a few of the questions that Modestas attempted to answer in his presentation The Power of Pink, explaining the processes of early learning and helping to understand how a creator should relate to the target audience. Stay tuned for more - we plan to share the speech on our blog together with some artistic insights for game creators. We’d like to give a big shout-out to #SWITCH! team - thank you for this exciting opportunity to contribute to the event and share our knowledge! Another thanks goes to Copictures for the nice photos! :)
